This report summarizes some of the findings from the Arizona Youth Survey administered to 8th, 10th and 12th grade students. The survey was designed to assess school safety, adolescent substance use, anti-social behavior and the risk and protective factors that predict these adolescent problem behaviors.
This health consultation evaluates tetrachloroethylene (perchloroethylene, perc, PCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE) results obtained from groundwater monitoring wells in 2004. The primary public health concerns were exposures to children by incidental contact with groundwater used for watering yards and potential exposures from using groundwater for drinking water.
