    • The first page has the title "Oda a Libertador Bolívar" and Ruben Dario's name. Likewise the odd numbers also have the written words "Al libertador..." as well as Ruben Dario's name.
    • Simón Bolívar (1783 - 1830) was a Venezuelan military and politician.
    • On first page, after the title, is written the sentence: "Dedicada a: Rafael Zaldívar, Presidente de El Salvador ("Dedicated to Rafael Zaldívar, President of El Salvador").
    • Rafael Zaldivar (1834 - 1903) was a Salvadorean doctor and politician. He also was President of El Salvador.
    • On the last page, after Rubén Darío's signature and beside the composition date, is written "San Salvador. El Salvador".
    • Some pages show transfer ink from the reverse opposing page.
    • All pages are numerated in roman numerals.
