Description
This hailstorm, which the Weather Bureau classified as a snowfall, took place between 4:22 and 4:31pm. The photographer was standing on the south side of Adams St. about halfway between Central and 1st St. looking east down Adams. The Arizona Theatre (102 E. Adams) and the Empress Theatre (38 E. Adams) are visible.
