Description
Loyalty oath taken by Ramon de Mendoza, a Chinese settler, who become a naturalized Cuban citizen. In exchange, he pledged his loyalty to Cuba. He was to observe correct and moral conduct. The Secretary of the Superior Civil Government witnessed.
